Resumen: | El presente trabajo de grado se basó en la obtención de un bioplástico teniendo como materia prima el almidón nativo de papa. Se analizaron procesos desarrollados en diferentes estudios, agrupándolos en tres, donde se seleccionaron por sus características, por medio de una matriz de selección de factores ponderados, se escogió el mejor proceso al tener en cuenta factores como la calidad del material final y el tiempo de producción. El proceso de matriz reforzada fue la técnica que se seleccionó para obtener el bioplástico, en cual el factor más importante fue la calidad del producto final. Este proceso tiene dos bloques claves, el primero es la modificación del almidón, que se realiza para acondicionar el almidón mejorando sus propiedades mecánicas; el segundo bloque es la obtención del bioplástico en donde se adicionan reactivos que mejoran la calidad y apariencia del producto final. Con el proceso seleccionado se acondicionó el almidón para la modificación química por entrecruzamiento con ácido acético. |
Abstract: | The present work of degree was based on obtaining a bioplastic having as a raw material the native potato starch. Were analyzed processes developed in different studies, grouping them into three, where they were selected by their characteristics, through a matrix of selection of weighted factors, the best process was chosen by having It counts factors such as the quality of the final material and the production time. The reinforced matrix process was the technique that was selected for obtain the bioplastic, in which the most important factor was the quality of the Final product. This process has two key blocks, the first is the starch modification, which is done to condition the starch improving its mechanical properties; the second block is the obtaining of the bioplastic where reagents are added that improve the quality and appearance of the final product. With the selected process the starch was conditioned for chemical modification by crosslinking with acetic acid. |
