| Resumen: | Este trabajo analiza la gestión de proyectos de una empresa cuyo objeto social es la implementación de sistemas de información empresarial tipo ERP en diferentes organizaciones en Colombia y cómo el aumento del número de proyectos y de recursos a gestionar ha impactado su productividad y rentabilidad, obligando a revisar su proceso directivo de gestión y control de proyectos para aplicar metodologías modernas y en uso por otras empresa similares en el mundo. Dado que existen diferentes metodologías de gestión de proyectos para empresas de tecnología y desarrollo de software, se analizaron las metodologías PMI, SCRUM y PRINCE2 para comparar su alcance y encontrar la que mejor aplique a las necesidades actuales y futuras de la empresa. |
| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the management of projects of a company whose corporate purpose is the implementation of enterprise information systems ERP type in different organizations in Colombia and how the increase in the number of projects and resources to manage has impacted their productivity and profitability, forcing review your project management and control process to apply modern methodologies and in use by other similar companies in the world. Given that there are different project management methodologies for technology companies and software development, the PMI, SCRUM and PRINCE2 methodologies were analyzed to compare their scope and find the one that best applies to the current and future needs of the company. |
