Resumen: | La investigación presente tiene como objetivo hacer una revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema de la retención de talento humano desde que se empezó a hablar del tema hasta la actualidad. Al tener más información sobre el tema entraremos a ver y analizar las técnicas usadas en la empresa Autopista 140 y compararlas a su vez con las que utilizan otras empresas más grandes a nivel nacional con el fin de dar una recomendación a la empresa Autopista 140 de qué hacer para evitar al máximo la rotación de su personal |
Abstract: | The objective of the present investigation is to do a bibliographic review of the theme personal retention since the first author talk about this theme until the present days. When we have clearer this theme and more information, we proceed to see and analyze this theme in the organization Autopista 140, comparing the retention they have established with the biggest organization and doing recommendations, so they can improve de personal retention and being a better organization with the best human capital. |
