| dc.description | Sabana Occidente currently presents an exchange of organic products with Sabana Centro and a source of food for the city of Bogotá, the demand presented by these two regions on Sabana Occidente positions Sabana Occidente in an important place for the production of food, food that generate waste for different reasons, such as poor handling in the harvest, fertilizer materials of poor quality and poor employment also generates loss, the loss of food causes different impacts not only environmental, but also socioeconomic. Statement that evidences the need for management control in food handling before reaching a stage of commercialization where the concept of loss is transformed by the concept of food waste, in these previous stages it is necessary that food and its non-genetic manipulation has control, in good manufacturing practices and in the search for tools that promote the use of agricultural land, taking care of the environment and the commercial benefit of the region, through a project with a regional impact that controls and provide research inputs to producers. | es_CO |
| dc.description.abstract | Sabana Occidente en la actualidad presenta un intercambio de productos orgánicos con Sabana Centro y una fuente de alimento para la ciudad de Bogotá, la demanda que presentan esta dos regiones sobre Sabana Occidente posiciona a Sabana Occidente en un lugar importante para la producción de alimentos, alimentos que generan desperdicios por diferentes causas, como la mala manipulación en la cosecha, materiales fertilizantes de mala calidad y su mal empleo también genera perdida, la perdida de alimento ocasiona diferentes impactos no solo ambientales, también socioeconómicos. Afirmación que evidencia la necesidad por el control de la gestión en la manipulación de alimentos antes de llegar a una etapa de comercialización en donde el concepto de pérdida se transforma por el concepto de desperdicio alimenticio, en estas etapas anteriores se hace necesario que los alimentos y su manipulación no genética tenga un control, en buenas prácticas de manufactura y en la búsqueda de herramientas que potenciación el uso del suelo agrícola, cuidando del medio ambiente y el beneficio comercial de la región, por medio de un proyecto de impacto regional que controle y brinde insumos investigativos a los productores. | es_CO |
