| Resumen: | A lo largo de este trabajo se desarrolló un Plan negocios de exportación de Mochilas Wayuu desde Colombia a EEUU, donde se identificó requerimientos cuantitativos y cualitativos que demuestran la demanda del mercado destino en materia de mochilas Wayuu. Se describió una estrategia adecuada para el éxito de una exportación, se determinó la inversión, financiación y la rentabilidad del plan de negocios. Este plan se realizó aplicando el Modelo de Canvas dinamizado el cual permite una descripción del valor de una empresa. Se obtuvo como resultado un plan de negocios rentable. |
| Abstract: | Throughout this work, it has become a business plan for Wayuu Mochilas from Colombia to the USA, where quantitative and qualitative requirements are identified that respond to the demand of the market in terms of Wayuu backpacks, an adequate strategy is described for the success of an export, the investment, financing and profitability of the business plan was determined. This plan has been applied by applying the dynamized Canvas Model which allows a description of the value of a company. A profitable business plan was obtained as a result. |
