Resumen: | Basándose en las condiciones actuales del laboratorio y de los métodos se establecerán e implantaran algunas acciones correctivas con el propósito de mejorar las condiciones operacionales del laboratorio. Posteriormente se planteó una metodología con el fin de determinar los parámetros de validación, donde se incluía los criterios de aceptación y las herramientas estadísticas para lograr tal fin. Mediante un desarrollo experimental se hicieron las pruebas planteadas en la metodología, permitiendo determinar los parámetros de validación concluyendo la idoneidad de los métodos para ser aplicados en el laboratorio. Se generó documentación de los protocolos de validación para cada uno de los métodos. |
Abstract: | Based on the current conditions of the laboratory and the methods, some corrective actions will be established and implemented in order to improve the operational conditions of the laboratory. Subsequently, a methodology was proposed in order to determine the validation parameters, which included acceptance criteria and statistical tools to achieve this purpose. Through an experimental development the tests proposed in the methodology were made, allowing to determine the validation parameters concluding the suitability of the methods to be applied in the laboratory. Documentation of the validation protocols for each of the methods was generated. |
