| Resumen: | El presente documento recopila las falencias de las empresas constructoras pymes que no le permiten ser sostenibles a través del tiempo; y basado en las cifras de los diferentes estudios y en la literatura base del marco teórico, se plantean unas estrategias que sirvan en los procesos de toma de decisiones gerenciales que abarcan aspectos como el entorno, la competencia, la economía global, y que a su vez, apoyado de las ventajas competitivas que se puedan tener dentro de la organización, les permita a las empresas constructoras ser sostenibles en el tiempo. |
| Abstract: | This document collects the shortcomings of Pymes construction companies that do not allow it to be sustainable over time; and based on numbers of the different studies and on literature of the theoretical framework, strategies are proposed that serve in the management decision-making processes that cover aspects such as the environment, competition, the global economy, and that Once, supported by the competitive advantages that can be had within the organization, it allows the construction companies to be sustainable over time. |
