| Resumen: | Este trabajo se realizó con el fin de definir las características que debe tener la estructura organizacional a implementar en la Mipymes del sector de la construcción para lograr el éxito en el desarrollo de proyectos de construcción. Se pretende tener un punto de partida para que los pequeños y medianos empresarios del sector de la construcción puedan tener una pauta de cómo conformar sus empresas para asumir el desarrollo de proyectos y que a su vez las empresas sean mucho más competitivas y no fracasen en el intento. |
| Abstract: | This work was carried out in order to define the characteristics that the organizational structure to be implemented in the Smes of the construction sector should have in order to achieve success in the development of construction projects. It is intended to have a starting point so that small and medium entrepreneurs in the construction sector can have a pattern of how to shape their companies to take on the development of projects and that in turn companies are much more competitive and do not fail in the tried. |
