Resumen: | Teniendo como ejemplo una empresa la metodología aplicada será exploratoria en campo, esta será Valcharo Constructores S.A.S., constructora mediana, familiar, en la cual se estudiará su estructura organizativa y su entorno interno y externo. En seguida, se aplicará el cuadro de mando integral el cual a grandes rasgos es un modelo de gestión que traduce la estrategia en objetivos relacionados entre sí, medidos a través de indicadores y ligados a unos planes de acción que permiten alinear el comportamiento de los miembros de la organización con la estrategia de la empresa. |
Abstract: | Taking as an example a company, the applied methodology will be exploratory in the field, this will be Valcharo Constructores S.A.S., a medium-sized, family construction company, in which its organizational structure and its internal and external environment will be studied. Next, the integral scorecard will be applied, which in general terms is a management model that translates the strategy into related objectives, measured through indicators and linked to action plans that allow the members' behavior to be aligned of the organization with the strategy of the company. |
