| Resumen: | En este proyecto se realizará una propuesta de planeación estratégica para una pequeña empresa familiar encargada de la comercialización, instalación y venta de equipos de seguridad electrónica a partir del diagnóstico del entorno y capacidades internas, para esto se utilizaran las herramientas PCI y POAM , se realizará junto con estas herramientas un análisis de las capacidades de la empresa con la matriz PCI y MEI, donde se encontraran aquellas áreas donde la empresa presenta falencias. |
| Abstract: | In this project a strategic planning proposal will be made for a small family company responsible for the commercialization, installation and sale of electronic security equipment based on the diagnosis of the environment and internal capacities. For this purpose, the PCI and POAM tools will be used. together with these tools, an analysis of the company's capabilities with the PCI and MEI matrix, where the areas where the company has shortcomings will be found. |
