| Resumen: | El presente trabajo se hace referencia a la contextualización del sector en que Redingel se desenvuelve, donde se describe el comportamiento de la industria y el mercado. Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de las estadísticas más influyentes en el mencionado sector, se presentó detalladamente la trayectoria, actividad principal, actual fuente de negocio, estrategias implementadas hasta el año 2016 y estructura organizacional; además se realizó un diagnóstico estratégico utilizando herramientas gerenciales como las matrices DOFA, perfil competitivo y EFE y EFI, al final se plantean las estrategias de mejoramiento más adecuadas y coherentes con los resultados obtenidos. |
| Abstract: | The present work refers to the contextualization of the sector in which Redingel operates, where the behavior of the industry and the market is described. A bibliographic review of the most influential statistics in the aforementioned sector was carried out, the trajectory, main activity, current source of business, strategies implemented up to 2016 and organizational structure were presented in detail; In addition, a strategic diagnosis was made using managerial tools such as the DOFA, competitive profile and EFE and EFI matrices. At the end, the most suitable improvement strategies are proposed and coherent with the results obtained. |
