| Resumen: | En esta monografía se analizó y evaluó el riesgo ambiental en un tramo del oleoducto Caño Limón- Coveñas, comprendido entre la primera estación de bombeo PS-1 y la comunidad de San José de la Pesquera. Se recopiló información sobre el entorno inmediato, los aspectos económicos del proyecto, los aspectos ambientales e institucionales para avanzar en la identificación de posibles eventos con alto potencial de materializarse, las causas y las consecuencias relacionadas con los posibles eventos o incidentes, a los riesgos existentes en la estación de bombeo, el tramo del oleoducto y la comunidad. |
| Abstract: | In this monograph, the environmental risk was analyzed and evaluated in a section of the Caño Limón-Coveñas pipeline, between the first PS-1 pumping station and the community of San José de la Pesquera. Information was gathered on the immediate environment, the economic aspects of the project, the environmental and institutional aspects to advance in the identification of possible events with high potential to materialize, the causes and consequences related to possible events or incidents, to the existing risks in the pumping station, the section of the pipeline and the community. |
