| Resumen: | En la monografía se analizaron los conceptos de construcción sostenible y certificaciones LEED aplicados en Colombia. La consulta de fuentes documentales permitió identificar las diferencias entre las dos definiciones, las características que deben cumplir las construcciones objeto de certificación, los beneficios, ventajas y desventajas. Adicionalmente se identificaron las construcciones certificadas en el país, el marco legal que favorece la construcción sostenible en Colombia y las brechas existentes en el país con respecto a aquellas experiencias internacionales consideradas exitosas en su aplicación. |
| Abstract: | In the monograph the concepts of sustainable construction and LEED certifications applied in Colombia will be analyzed. The consultation of documentary sources identify the differences between the two definitions, the characteristics that the constructions subject to certification must meet, the benefits, advantages and disadvantages. In addition, the certified constructions in the country are identified, the legal framework that favors sustainable construction in Colombia and the laws in the country with respect to international experiences considered successful in their application. |
