| Resumen: | Este trabajo tiene como objetivo planificar el sistema de gestión de calidad basado en los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 en el área comercial de una empresa dedicada a importar y distribuir productos para laboratorio. En primer lugar se presenta un diagnóstico del estado actual del área comercial de la empresa en relación al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma. Posteriormente se realiza un análisis del contexto por medio de la herramienta DOFA y la matriz vester. Finalmente se establece el mapa de procesos y la caracterización de los procesos misionales asociados al área comercial de la empresa. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to plan the quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 in the commercial area of a company dedicated to import and distribute products for laboratory. First, a diagnosis of the current state of the business area of the company in relation to compliance with the requirements of the standard is presented. Subsequently, an analysis of the context is carried out by means of the SWOT tool and the vester matrix. Finally, the process map and the characterization of the mission processes associated with the business area of the company are established. |
