Resumen: | “Las MIPYMES en Colombia ocupan el 92% de la estructura empresarial del país”, es decir, que tienen un gran porcentaje de aportación a la economía nacional, es por esto que se decidió hacer un estudio con respecto a la competitividad de las mismas buscando conocer qué factores asegurarían la permanencia en el mercado y asegurarían su crecimiento. Consultando autores relevantes en el tema, se encontró que los cuatro factores determinantes en la competitividad de las MIPYMES son: Talento Humano, Innovación, Tecnología e Investigación y Desarrollo; organizados respectivamente en orden de relevancia. |
Abstract: | “MSMEs in Colombia occupy 92% of the business structure of the country”, that is, they have a large percentage of contribution to the national economy, which is why it was decided to make a study regarding the competitiveness of the same seeking to know what factors would ensure the permanence in the market and ensure its growth. Consulting relevant authors on the subject, it was found that the four determining factors in the competitiveness of MSMEs are: Human Talent, Innovation, Technology and Research and Development; organized respectively in order of relevance. |
