Resumen: | Esta investigación desea tratar la problemática que tiene una organización sobre la formación integral que se presenta en la dirección de las organizaciones, basándose en temas de talento humano, clima organizacional, cultura organizacional, inteligencia emocional, liderazgo, equipos de trabajo, entre otros. Referente a la investigación, se pretende diseñar e implementar planteamientos que ayuden a la formación integral a ser más eficiente y competitiva que debe llevar la alta dirección, buscando mejorar los aspectos socio-afectivo, la comunicación, lo espiritual y lo cognitivo. |
Abstract: | This research aims to address the problems that an organization has on the integral formation that is presented in the management of organizations, based on topics of human talent, organizational climate, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, leadership, work teams, among others. Concerning research, it is intended to design and implement approaches that help integral training to be more efficient and competitive than top management should take, seeking to improve the socio-affective, communication, spiritual and cognitive aspects. |
