Resumen: | La monografía a presentar a continuación tiene como fin definir el concepto del talento humano empleado durante varias décadas, acompañado con los factores que intervienen en el concepto, enfocado principalmente en el manejo que se da a nivel empresarial, resaltando su importancia y crecimiento en los últimos años. Este concepto ha evolucionado de tal manera que actualmente genera un valor significativo en las organizaciones, creando su propia área y formando especialistas cuyo objetivo es lograr que el trabajador sea el elemento más importante de una organización. |
Abstract: | This monograph to present below has as purpose to define the concept of the human talent used during several decades, accompanied on the factors that intervene in the concept, emphasizing mainly the management that is given at the business level, highlighting its importance and growth in recent years. This concept has evolved in such a way that currently generates significant value in organizations, creating its own area and training specialists whose objective is to make the worker the most important element of an organization. |
