Resumen:	La Reestructuración Técnico Administrativa en la empresa Altalene S.A., se desarrolló con el fin de estudiar el proceso para la bolsa biodegradable y cómo impacta en la empresa. Se desarrolló durante el semestre con un periodo de tiempo de seis meses, con el fin de analizar la empresa y proponer mejoras a través de los diferentes capítulos, diagnóstico, mercados, técnico, administrativo y financiero. El diagnóstico tiene como finalidad describir la situación actual de la empresa mediante un análisis que permite crecer en el sector por medio de estrategias, se realiza un estudio de mercados con el fin de determinar qué tan viable sería el lanzamiento del producto y que acogida tendría en el sector, posterior se realiza un estudio técnico que permite analizar el proceso como tal de la bolsa biodegradable comparado con la bolsa convencional en polietileno y qué cambios y mejoras se presentan a nivel técnico en la organización, así mismo se desarrolla el estudio administrativo a través del cual se proponen mejoras y se analiza cómo está administrativamente la organización. Finalmente se desarrolla el estudio financiero el cual estima la viabilidad y factibilidad que tendría el proyecto, si es rentable o no por medio de los indicadores, como el valor presente neto y la relación beneficio/costo.
Abstract:	The Technical Administrative Restructuring in the company Altalene S.A., was developed in order to study the process for the biodegradable bag and how it impacts the company. It was developed during the semester with a period of six months, in order to analyze the company and propose improvements through the different chapters, diagnosis, markets, technical, administrative and financial. The purpose of the diagnosis is to describe the current situation of the company through an analysis that allows growth in the sector through strategies, a market study is carried out in order to determine how viable the launch of the product would be and what reception it would have in the sector, later, a technical study is carried out to analyze the process as such of the biodegradable bag compared with the conventional polyethylene bag and changes and improvements are presented at the technical level in the organization, as well as the administrative study through the of which improvements are proposed and how the organization is administratively analyzed. Finally, the financial study is carried out, which estimates the viability and feasibility of the project, whether it is profitable or not by means of the indicators, such as the net present value and the benefit / cost ratio.
