Resumen:	Colombia se une a lista de países que han logrado firmar un acuerdo de paz, en este caso particular después de cerca de 50 años de guerra, dejando un panorama preocupante para todos los habitantes, en espacial los de que habitan en las regiones más golpeadas por el conflicto, pues dentro de los avances que se hacen evidentes los puntos que pretenden ayudar y dar una verdadera reparación a esta víctimas, el conflicto en Colombia afecta todos los campos, ya sean sociales o políticos ya que fue una guerra tan larga y con intereses muy profundos en las grande esferas del poder, entendiendo así que para poner generar una verdad era reparación se deben crear entidades nuevas dentro el poder para que se encarguen de hacer esta tarea de manera responsable y transparente, entidades como los son la comisión de la verdad, el tribunal pe paz entre otros y otra entidades encargadas de apoyar y llevar una interventoría de este proceso, apoyándose en gran medida en la justicia transicional, justicia restaurativa y como punto más importante la verdad.
Abstract:	Colombia joins the list of countries that have managed to sign a peace agreement, in this particular case after nearly 50 years of war, leaving a worrying picture for all inhabitants, especially those living in the regions most affected by the conflict, because within the advances that are evident the points that seek to help and give real reparation to these victims, the conflict in Colombia affects all fields, whether social or political since it was such a long war with interests very deep in the great spheres of power, understanding that in order to generate a truth that was reparation, new entities must be created within the power to be responsible for doing this task in a responsible and transparent manner, entities such as the commission of truth , the peace pe court among others and other entities in charge of supporting and carrying out an audit of this process, relying largely on justice transitions l, restorative justice and as the most important point the truth.
