| Resumen: | El desarrollo del proyecto urbano y arquitectónico tiene como fin suplir las necesidades que tienen hoy San Gil y la región del Santander. Partiendo de los índices de movilidad de transporte se decidió dar un tratamiento especial a esta infraestructura a partir de una unidad de actuación enfocado en este tema “transporte y movilidad” Ligados al plan de movilidad donde se propone la llegada de un centro de transporte logístico para planificar, implementar y controlar el flujo y almacenaje de materias primas, productos semielaborados o terminados, y de manejar la información relacionada desde el lugar de origen hasta el lugar de consumo, con el propósito de satisfacer los requerimientos de los clientes y la ayuda a las micro empresas para suplir sus necesidades de exportación o importación generando un valor agregado ya sea en publicidad o en calidad de entrega de producto o hasta producción. |
| Abstract: | The development of the urban and architectural project aims to supply the needs that San Gil and the Santander region have today. Given the transport mobility indexes, it was decided to give special treatment to this infrastructure from a unit of action focused on this subject "transport and mobility" Linked to the mobility plan where the arrival of a logistic transport center is proposed to plan, implement and control the flow and storage of raw materials, semi-finished or finished products, and to manage the related information from the place from origin to place of consumption, with the purpose of satisfying customer requirements and helping micro-enterprises to meet their export or import needs, generating added value either in advertising or in product delivery quality or until production. |
