| Resumen: | El presente proyecto se desarrolló en la empresa High Performance Petroleum Services S.A.S. El proyecto tiene como título Reestructuración comercial administrativa en la empresa H.P.P.S S.A.S. el proyecto se realizó ya que la empresa contaba con algunas fallas en el área comercial y administrativa, al pasar por un momento de crisis del sector de hidrocarburos, es esencial que la planeación estratégica esté debidamente direccionada y enfocada hacia las necesidades del mercado. En el proyecto se utilizaron herramientas y conceptos de Ingeniería industrial que permitieron reflejar propuestas de mejora dentro de la organización, la investigación de mercados y el análisis de esta, la matriz del perfil competitivo entre otras, permitieron identificar aspectos clave del mercado y que oportunidades se tiene dentro del sector de hidrocarburos. |
| Abstract: | This project was developed in the High Performance Petroleum Services S.A.S. Company. The project has as title Restructuration management and commercial in the H.P.P.S. S.A.S. Company, the project was developed because the company was with some problems in the commercial area and management aspects, the oil crisis was around the project started, so is necessary that the strategic planning is focus to the market need. In the project was used tools and concepts viewed in the undergrade, the market investigation and analysis of it, allowed know the necessities that the market has and the opportunities of it. |
