| Resumen: | Colombia actualmente es un país que mira hacia el futuro, generando planes de renovación e transformación como el plan de activación regional que se desarrolla en el área nororiental del país llamado Diamante del Caribe y los Santanderes, el cual busca tener ciudades competitivas internacionalmente y de esta manera de tener una región totalmente consolidada en todos los aspectos, analizando esto desde el tema de la gestión del medio ambiente y del ambiente, muchas otras cosas, que las personas no están informadas y capacitadas en que hacer antes durante y después de una situación de esta, ya sea una emergencia natural y / o un riesgo antrópico, la propuesta que se trae en este caso para San Gil pretende hacer esta una ciudad completa y complementaria para los municipios aledaños. |
