Resumen: | Se establecieron las cargas sobre los elementos de la alternativa seleccionada, y se definió la geometría de estos elementos con base en cálculos de resistencia. De estos cálculos se validó en partículas el de la estructura y los rodillos, esto se realizó por el método de elementos finitos. Se elaboraron los planos de los elementos de la máquina, los manuales de seguridad, mantenimiento y operación. Por último, se realizó un estudio de costos de fabricación del sistema de conformado; obteniendo de forma satisfactoria un sistema de conformado económico, fácil de manufacturar y cumpliendo las necesidades del cliente. |
Abstract: | The loads were established on the elements of the selected alternative, and the geometry of these elements was defined based on resistance calculations. From these calculations the structure and the rolls were validated in particles, this was done by the finite element method. The drawings of the elements of the machine, the safety, maintenance and operation manuals were elaborated. Finally, a study of manufacturing costs of the forming system was carried out; Obtaining satisfactorily an economic forming system, easy to manufacture and fulfilling the needs of the client. |
