| Resumen: | El proyecto urbano se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C Colombia, en la calle 72 con AV. Caracas en el Nororiente de la capital, un sector donde por medio del análisis se busca generar una intervención urbana, buscando desarrollar un modelo de operaciones estratégicas que busquen desarrollar soluciones a las problemáticas en el sector, tales como la fragmentación de usos en sentido oriente – occidente y la discontinuidad de usos que se ve reflejada en su morfología, en el cambio de edificaciones, usos y alturas, que cambian radicalmente en sentido norte a sur. |
| Abstract: | The urban project is located in the city of Bogotá D.C Colombia, on Calle 72 con AV. Caracas in the Northeast of the capital, a sector where, through analysis, it is sought to generate an urban intervention, seeking to develop a model of strategic operations that seek to develop solutions to problems in the sector, such as the fragmentation of uses in the eastern direction - West and the discontinuity of uses that is reflected in its morphology, in the change of buildings, uses and heights, which radically change from north to south. |
