| Resumen: | El presente trabajo de grado pretende demostrar que el Neuromanagement es la herramienta gerencial que necesitan las organizaciones del siglo XXI para gestionar los diferentes procesos y fortalecer habilidades como la toma de decisiones, la planeación estratégica, la adaptación al cambio, el relacionamiento interpersonal, la comunicación, la creatividad y la innovación. Además, al final del trabajo se espera que el lector comprenda cómo el Neuromanagement desarrolla y fortalece la Inteligencia Emocional de los líderes empresariales y sus equipos de trabajo. |
| Abstract: | This degree paper aims to demonstrate that Neuromanagement is the managerial tool that 21st century organizations need to manage in different processes and strengthen skills such as decision-making, strategic planning, adaptation to change, interpersonal relationships, communication, creativity and innovation. Furthermore, at the end of the work, the reader is expected to understand how Neuromanagement develops and strengthens the Emotional Intelligence of business leaders and their work teams. |
