| Resumen: | Este proyecto empezó con una investigación del polietileno de baja densidad material de las bolsas a reciclar, con toda la información recopilada se plantearon diferentes alternativas de solución a la problemática y mediante un sistema de evaluación se eligió la alternativa más conveniente, el diseño conceptual de la máquina consta de un sistema desgarrador horizontal y un sistema aglutinador de forma vertical con transmisión por correas, los componentes estructurales se analizaron por el método de elementos finitos, se entregaron planos de fabricación, instalación y mantenimiento, evaluación financiera y el impacto ambiental del proyecto. |
| Abstract: | This project began with an investigation of polyethylene of low physical density of the bags to be recycled, with all information gathered different alternative solutions to the problem were raised and through an evaluation system the most convenient alternative was chosen the conceptual design machine consists of a horizontal wrenching system and a binder system vertically with belt drive, the structural components were analyzed by the finite element method, production drawings, installation and maintenance, financial evaluation and environmental impact of the project were delivered |
