Resumen:	Para el desarrollo del proyecto, titulado como: Elaboración de un plan de mantenimiento interactivo, para sistemas de refrigeración comercial de media y baja temperatura, instalados por la empresa DIAC INGENIERÍA S.A.S.; inicialmente, se realizó un levantamiento y recopilación de información acerca de la empresa y de los productos que esta instala, para identificar el tipo de sistema de refrigeración utilizado y su funcionamiento, las especificaciones técnicas y tipos de componentes utilizados y su funcionamiento, los tipos de refrigerantes utilizados y la reglamentación que hay para las sustancias agotadoras de la capa de ozono, y para definir que son los sistemas de refrigeración de media y baja temperatura. Posteriormente, se realizó el diagnóstico de la situación actual del mantenimiento de la empresa, donde se recolectó información referente al proceso comercial utilizado por la empresa para ofrecer su servicio de mantenimiento, el tipo de mantenimiento actual que es aplicado a los sistemas de refrigeración, quien lo realiza y como lo realiza; y de esta manera, se determinó y analizó las falencias que presenta el proceso actual del mantenimiento, para así establecer las soluciones respectivas. Luego, se realizó un análisis de criticidad del sistema de refrigeración, donde se tuvieron en cuenta tanto sus componentes principales como sus accesorios, para determinar la importancia de cada uno dentro del sistema de refrigeración y definir un orden jerárquico y de priorización de estos, en el plan de mantenimiento. Seguido a esto, se realizó un estudio de los tipos de planes de mantenimiento preventivos para seleccionar el más adecuado teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y requerimientos de mantenimiento de la empresa determinados en el diagnóstico realizado.
Abstract:	For the development of the project, titled as: Elaboration of an interactive maintenance plan, for medium and low temperature commercial refrigeration systems, installed by DIAC INGENIERIA S.A.S. company; first of all, information about the company and the products that it installs was collected to identify the used type of refrigeration system and its operation, the technics specifications and used components types and their operations, the used refrigerants types and the regulation that exits for ozone layer depleting substances, and to define what are the medium and low refrigeration systems. Subsequently, the diagnosis of the maintenance current situation of the company was made, where information about commercial process that is used by the company was collected to offer its maintenance service, the current maintenance applied to the refrigeration systems, who and how does it; and in this way, the shortcomings that the current maintenance process presents was determined and analyzed to establish the respective solutions. Then, a criticality analysis of the refrigeration system was made, where both its main components and accessories were taken into account to determine the importance of each one in the refrigeration system and define a hierarchical and prioritization order of these in the maintenance plan. Followed to this, a study of the preventive maintenance plan types was carried out to select the most appropriate one, taking into account the maintenance needs and requirements of the company determined in the diagnosis made.
