Resumen: | Este proyecto de investigación se busca entender la herramienta que nos propone el Psicólogo Bert Hellinger como un sistema organizacional desde un punto de vista familiar a un punto de vista empresarial. Cada autor va implementando, agregando teoría a una herramienta que evoluciona con los años, por esto, podemos unir estos conceptos, analizarlos y llegar a unas conclusiones, las cuales serán beneficiosos para las empresas que busquen implementar esta idea. Por lo anterior este proyecto se realiza con la recopilación de información de varios autores que implementaron o aportaron ideas para esta herramienta de constelaciones organizacionales. |
Abstract: | This research project seeks to understand the tool proposed by the Psychologist Bert Hellinger as an organizational system from a family point of view to a business point of view. Each author is implementing, adding theory to a tool that evolves over the years, for this reason, we can unite these concepts, analyze them and reach conclusions, which will be beneficial for companies seeking to implement this idea. Therefore, this project is carried out with the compilation of information from various authors who implemented or contributed ideas for this tool for organizational constellations. |
