| Resumen: | El trabajo presentado a continuación realiza una conglomeración de diferentes estudios y puntos de vista sobre varios conceptos organizacionales y administrativos necesarios para lograr una formación gerencial integral. En primer lugar se observan las consecuencias que conlleva que las personas que dirigen las organizaciones no sean integrales en todos los aspectos que estas manejan y por consecuencia investigar cómo esto puede llevar a un mal manejo de los recursos, ya que actualmente los gerentes están enfocados a nivel monetario es decir; a llevar a la organización a obtener buena estabilidad económica olvidando el recurso más importa que son las personas. |
| Abstract: | The work presented carries out a conglomeration of different studies and points of view on various organizational and administrative concepts necessary to archive a comprehensive management training. In the first place, the consequences of the people who run the organizations are not integral to all the aspects that they handle are observed, and consequently to investigate how this can lead to mismanagement of resources, since managers are currently focused on monetary level that is; to lead the organization to obtain good economic stability by forgetting the most important resource that people are. |
