| Resumen: | El presente escrito tiene como fin detallar la relación existente entre el buen uso del talento humano y la competitividad organizacional teniendo en cuenta la creciente globalización que se ha estada presentando durante las últimas décadas. La globalización ha generado para las industrias una dificultad frente la idea de mantenerse competitivas frente a las demás compañías, ya que no solo se está compitiendo con las empresas que se encuentran en el mismo pueblo, ciudad o país, sino que también están rivalizadas contra las empresas a nivel mundial. |
| Abstract: | The present document aims to detail the relationship between the good use of human talent and organizational competitiveness taking into account the increasing globalization that has been growing during the last decades. Globalization has created a difficulty for industries facing the idea of remaining competitive with other companies, since not only are they competing with companies located in the same town, city or country, but they are also competing against the companies worldwide. |
