Resumen: | En este trabajo de grado se presenta la etapa de planificación de un sistema integrado de gestión basado en las normas ISO 22000:2005 e ISO 14001:2015 de una pyme del sector alimentos, la empresa caso de estudio es una microempresa familiar de embutidos cárnicos con más de 20 años de experiencia, ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. Actualmente no cuenta con una certificación en estándares de calidad que le generen una ventaja competitiva en el mercado e incursionar en las grandes cadenas a nivel nacional. |
Abstract: | In this degree project, the planning stage of an integrated management system based on the ISO 22000: 2005 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards of an SME of the food sector is presented, the case study company is a family micro-enterprise of meat sausages with More than 20 years of experience, located in the city of Bogotá DC Currently, it does not have a certification in quality standards that will generate a competitive advantage in the market and venture into large chains nationwide. |
