| Resumen: | El presente estudio de factibilidad se hace con el fin de implementar una granja cunícola donde se realice la crianza, ceba, levante y sacrificio de conejos y posterior distribución, en el municipio de Chía, sabana norte de Bogotá D.C. Se desarrollaron estudios los cuales a medida de su desarrollo nos permitieron interpretar con posibilidades de demanda del producto aun siendo este muy novedoso para nuestra sociedad, pero satisfaciendo las necesidades del mercado. Se adecuó un área en las afueras de Chía con características pertinentes para instalar jaulas y cuartos especiales para el desarrollo del proceso productivo, adicional adecuar zonas para el cultivo de forrajes y tubérculos que van a ser el alimento de los animales y contribuir a la auto sostenibilidad de la granja. Teniendo en cuenta toda la normatividad colombiana para el perfecto desarrollo de nuestra actividad tanto legal como de la organización teniendo en cuenta siempre el bienestar de nuestros trabajadores y personas que hacen parte de nuestra empresa. Se finaliza el proyecto con un análisis financiero el cual según resultados nos indica la factibilidad, rentabilidad y viabilidad del estudio realizado. |
| Abstract: | The present feasibility study is carried out in order to implement a rabbit farm where the breeding, fattening, raising and slaughtering of rabbits and subsequent distribution takes place, in the municipality of Chia, Sabana Norte of Bogotá D.C. Studies were developed which, according to their development, allowed us to interpret with possibilities of demand for the product even though this is very new for our society, but satisfying the needs of the market. An area was adapted in the outskirts of chia with pertinent characteristics to install cages and special rooms for the development of the productive process, additional to adapt zones for the crop of forages and tubers that are going to be the food of the animals and to contribute to the self sustainability from the farm. Taking into account all the Colombian regulations for the perfect development of our legal and organizational activity, always taking into account the welfare of our workers and people who are part of our company. The project is completed with a financial analysis which, according to results, indicates the feasibility, profitability and viability of the study carried out. |
