Resumen:	El objeto de este documento es determinar una metodología de análisis causa raíz para llegar a diagnosticar la causa de los problemas operacionales presentados en el pozo C, y así, generar lecciones aprendidas que puedan prevenir problemas operacionales. En el desarrollo del proyecto se llevó a cabo una descripción general de la geología de la zona, junto con, un diagnóstico de problemas operacionales en los pozos A y B mediante el uso de distintos diagramas de flujo, con el fin de establecer la base de la matriz que se entregara como producto final del presente proyecto. Los diagramas de flujo empleados fueron el de árbol lógico de fallas y el de árbol de realidad actual. Se realiza una descripción de las herramientas para el análisis de causa raíz, con el fin de hacer una selección adecuada de un diagrama de flujo que determine el procedimiento más eficiente al momento de establecer el origen del problema operacional.
Abstract:	The purpose of this document is to determine a root cause analysis methodology to diagnose the cause of the operational problems presented in well C, and thus generate lessons learned that can prevent operational problems. In the development of the project, a general description of the geology of the area was carried out, along with a diagnosis of operational problems in wells A and B through the use of different flow diagrams, in order to establish the basis of the matrix that will be delivered as the final product of the present project. The flowcharts used were the logical fault tree and the current reality tree. A description of the tools for the root cause analysis is made, in order to make an adequate selection of a flow chart that determines the most efficient procedure when establishing the origin of the operational problem.
