Resumen:	El artículo examina los diversos elementos de carácter social y económico que se ven afectados por la inclusión de las tecnologías disruptivas en las industrias; entre estos elementos, se enfatiza en el factor humano y su interacción con el entorno. Esta investigación estudia la migración de la investigación académica hacia el sector industrial, que se traduce en el empoderamiento del mercado por parte de los servicios. Igualmente, analiza el impacto de estas tecnologías sobre la investigación en términos de rentabilidad, así como la relación entre la ejecución de proyectos innovadores y el éxito de las empresas. Por último, se establece una comparación entre países a partir del grado de producción de patentes e innovación, con lo que se concluye que el nivel de desarrollo de un país se soporta en la capacidad de generar cambios e innovaciones tecnológicas.
Abstract:	Became apparent the various characteristics of social and economic character that are affected by the inclusion of disruptive technologies in industries, mainly emphasizing the human factor and the interaction with its environment. Aspects such as the migration of the research from the Academy towards the industrial sector resulting in the empowerment of the market services. In addition, we examined the impact that would have increased the research in terms of profitability and the consequences of the implementation of innovative projects that aim to direct industries towards the success, finally establishing a comparison between countries in terms of generation of patents and innovation and determined that there are gaps that establish a level of development based on the technologies that each nation can generate.
