Abstract
Este plan estará condicionado a la vocación característica de cada municipio, sus conexiones departamentales y la infraestructura ecológica determinada como borde del área de estudio. Permitiendo así la aproximación al municipio de Tunja en donde el plan zonal será la estrategia de articulación regional antes mencionada, lo cual pretenderá dotar el municipio con equipamientos que ayudaran al desarrollo y al planteamiento de nuevas determinantes urbanas para lograr una ganancia significativa en el índice de espacio público por habitante en Tunja; el déficit de espacio público determinará la zona de intervención para el plan parcial ubicándonos en la plaza fundacional como punto de partida y estructura urbana principal del mismo reforzando , rehabilitando y comunicando la estructura patrimonial por medio de los centros de manzana y conectando estos con la nueva proyección de ciudad que se le dará a Tunja.
Description
This plan will be conditioned to the characteristic vocation of each municipality, its departmental connections and the ecological infrastructure determined as the edge of the study area. Thus allowing the approach to the municipality of Tunja where the zonal plan will be the regional articulation strategy mentioned above, which will aim to provide the municipality with equipment that will help the development and planning of new urban determinants to achieve a significant gain in the index of public space per inhabitant in Tunja; The deficit of public space will determine the intervention zone for the partial plan, placing us in the foundational square as a starting point and main urban structure of the same, reinforcing, rehabilitating and communicating the heritage structure through the apple centers and connecting these with the new city screening that will be given to Tunja.
