Abstract
Durante el periodo de la contemporaneidad (siglo XXl) y todos los cambios que este trajo a la sociedad colombiana comienza a aparecer un fenómeno de abandono respecto al patrimonio industrial especialmente el sistema ferroviario; arraigado a una nueva cultura que olvida su pasado y que, de cierta forma, carece de identidad ante los elementos que la conforman y cómo estos desde un pasado afectaron cómo son en el presente.
Description
During the contemporary period (21st century) and all the changes that it brought to Colombian society, a phenomenon of abandonment began to appear regarding the industrial heritage, especially the railway system; rooted in a new culture that forgets its past and that, in a certain way, lacks identity in the face of the elements that make it up and how these from the past affected how they are in the present.
