Abstract
La Fábrica de Cementos La Siberia ubicada en el municipio de La Calera, fue de gran importancia para la historia y el desarrollo de Colombia, especialmente para el crecimiento de Bogotá, por ser una de las primeras fábricas de cemento en el país, sin embargo, dado su abandono y desuso por más de 20 años, actualmente se encuentra en condiciones de deterioro y olvido. Con el objetivo principal de valorar y reutilizar y reciclar la arquitectura de un bien de Patrimonio Industrial, surge el Parque Interactivo-Industrial Natural y Cultural La Siberia. El nuevo uso propuesto se centra en el equilibrio entre la solución de las problemáticas históricas, ambientales, sociales del sector, y la articulación del Municipio de La Calera y El parque Natural Chingaza por medio de un hito patrimonial por medio de una propuesta de una actividad sostenible, de aprendizaje y diversión, a partir de la implementación de una infraestructura interactiva y el desarrollo de un Parque Industrial que beneficie social y económicamente los habitantes del municipio.
Description
The Cement Factory La Siberia located in the municipality of La Calera, was of great importance for the history and development of Colombia, especially for the growth of Bogota, for being one of the first cement factories in the country, however, given its abandonment and disuse for more than 20 years, it is currently in a state of deterioration and oblivion. With the main objective of valuing, reusing and recycling the architecture of an Industrial Heritage property, the Natural and Cultural Industrial-Interactive Park La Siberia was created. The new proposed use focuses on the balance between the solution of the historical, environmental and social problems of the sector, and the articulation of the Municipality of La Calera and the Chingaza Natural Park through a heritage landmark by means of a proposal for a sustainable activity, learning and fun, from the implementation of an interactive infrastructure and the development of an Industrial Park that socially and economically benefits the inhabitants of the municipality.
