dc.description	Through this academic work, an analysis of the current ways of inhabiting and occupying a space that takes place in the Nueva Venecia palafittic community, in the Ciénaga de Santa Marta, Magdalena, is generated and in turn seeks to reinterpret what already exists, so that it is possible through sustainable modular architecture to propose habitability alternatives that adapt to the new needs of the community and allow them to have a dignified and appropriate development to obtain a promising future for the new generations, taking into account that this community cannot be relocated due to their direct dependence on the little they have and their traditions that do not allow them to leave this area, their customs and lifestyles, thus seeking to contribute in such a way that they can understand the environment they see subjected and that can occupy it correctly in favor of a more dignified, healthy and controlled development, which also has the objective of mitigating the negative impact on the environment of the Ciénaga.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Por medio de este trabajo académico se genera un análisis de las actuales formas de habitar y ocupar un espacio que se desarrollan en la comunidad palafítica de Nueva Venecia, en la Ciénaga de Santa Marta, Magdalena y se busca a su vez reinterpretar lo ya existente, de manera que se pueda por medio de la arquitectura modular sostenible proponer alternativas de habitabilidad que se adapten a las nuevas necesidades de las comunidad y les permita tener un desarrollo digno y apropiado para obtener un futuro prometedor para las nuevas generaciones, teniendo en cuenta que esta comunidad no puede ser reubicada debido a su dependencia directa a lo poco que tienen y sus tradiciones que no les permiten abandonar esta zona, sus costumbres y estilos de vida, se busca así aportarles de tal forma que se pueda entender el entorno al que se ven sometidos y que puedan ocuparlo correctamente en pro de un desarrollo más digno, saludable y controlado, que además tenga como objetivo mitigar el impacto negativo en el medio ambiente de la Ciénaga.	spa
