Resumen
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se plantea el Plan Parcial Ciudad, Salud y Bienestar, con el fin de responder a las problemáticas dándoles solución por medio de la reestructuración funcional y ambiental, reorganización del suelo, y planteamiento de nuevas estrategias que beneficien la sociedad. Este proyecto es La Unidad de Servicios Post Operatorios en el cual se ofrecen cuidados post operatorios teniendo en cuenta que en todos los hospitales que se encuentran alrededor se hacen cirugías y no existe un lugar en el cual la población extranjera o de otra ciudad reciba cuidados oportunos después de la operación, es un hecho que Bogotá es una ciudad prestadora de servicios, especialmente en el área de la salud lo que se ha reafirmado en los últimos años con la mejora en las intervenciones médicas, por esta razón el equipamiento se convierte en un proyecto necesario para la ciudad.

Taking into account the above, the Partial Plan City, Health and Welfare is proposed, in order to respond to the problems by giving them a solution through functional and environmental restructuring, reorganization of the soil, and the development of new strategies that benefit society.
