Abstract
El plan parcial está en un área de afectación de un kilómetro de recorrido, ubicada hacia la entrada de Subachoque por la ruta 50ª, más exactamente en Puente Piedra, donde la vía principal de acceso es la que comunica con todos los municipios de la sabana centro. Además, es importante la cercanía al aeropuerto el Dorado y el nuevo aeropuerto planteado en Madrid como clave de la intervención planteada, debido a la demanda de turistas y su gran producción floricultora. A nivel específico el plan parcial propone potencializar y reactivar su principal elemento de producción e ingresos económicos como son los cultivos de flores y de esta manera, dar un valor agregado a este producto mediante perfumes, cremas, aromatizadores y demás, los cuales reflejen a la mujer y se direccione todo el tema hacia ellas.
Description
The partial plan is in an area of one kilometer distance, located towards the entrance of Subachoque by the 50th route, more precisely in Puente Piedra, where the main access road is the one that communicates with all the municipalities of the savannah center . In addition, it is important the proximity to the El Dorado airport and the new airport raised in Madrid as a key to the proposed intervention, due to the demand of tourists and its large floricultural production. At a specific level, the partial plan proposes to potentiate and reactivate its main element of production and economic income such as flower crops and in this way, give added value to this product through perfumes, creams, aromatizers and others, which reflect the woman and the whole issue is directed towards them.
