Abstract
La cuenca del Rio Magdalena es una de las regiones con mayor incidencia para la productividad del país, siendo este uno de los canales fluviales más importante a causa de la conexión entre el exterior y el interior del país. A través de los años el mundo entero ha ido atravesando diversos cambios tanto a nivel social, como económico, político y ambiental evidenciando un alto impacto a nivel global, donde por ende las diferentes ciudades principales del mundo imponen ciertos regímenes los cuales de manera indirecta generan a nivel global el reto y la necesidad de incrementar su productividad para de esta forma mejorar su competitividad, producción y mejorar sus ingresos tanto monetarios como materiales para de tal forma impulsar de manera innovadora y sustentable a una sociedad que responda y de resultados positivos a dicho proceso y cambios presentes a futuro. Sin embargo, la productividad y calidad de vida de estos territorios ha ido decayendo en las últimas décadas, debido a la falta de tecnología en los puertos fluviales, la contaminación en los recursos naturales y la falta de tecnificación y capacitación laboral, que garanticen el énfasis en las vocaciones territoriales , y la innovación para el auge económico de la región.
Description
The Magdalena River basin is one of the regions with the highest incidence for the country's productivity, this being one of the most important fluvial channels due to the connection between the exterior and the interior of the country. Over the years, the whole world has been going through various changes at the social, economic, political and environmental levels, evidencing a high impact at the global level, whereby the different major cities of the world impose certain regimes that indirectly generate at a global level, the challenge and the need to increase their productivity in order to improve their competitiveness, production and improve their income, both monetary and material, in order to promote in an innovative and sustainable way a society that responds and positive results to said process and changes present in the future. However, the productivity and quality of life of these territories has been declining in recent decades, due to the lack of technology in river ports, pollution in natural resources and the lack of technology and job training, which guarantee the emphasis in territorial vocations, and innovation for the economic boom of the region.
