Abstract
El desarrollo del trabajo de grado, se desarrolló inicialmente con una evaluación de la situación actual de la empresa, se realizaron los parámetros de funcionamiento, se presentaron y estudiaron las alternativas de diseño y se realizaron los cálculos y diseño de la máquina, del sistema de arrastre, el sistema de corte y del comportamiento de la estructura con respeto a las cargas que debía soportar y resistir, a continuación de esto se procedió a realizar el análisis por elementos finitos de los puntos y las partes más críticas de la máquina y la estructura, se hicieron los planos de los sistemas y subsistemas que conforman la máquina, se realizaron los manuales de operación, de ensamble, de mantenimiento y de seguridad y salud ocupacional; posteriormente se llevaron a cabo la evaluación financiera del proyecto, las conclusiones y recomendaciones del mismo.
Description
The development of the degree work, was initially developed with an assessment of the current situation of the company, operating parameters were made, presented and studied the design alternatives and the calculations and design of the machine, the drag system, the cutting system and the behavior of the structure with respect to the loads that it had to support and resist, were carried out, following this the proceeding was carried out. analysis by finite elements of the points and the most critical parts of the machine and the structure, the planes of the systems and subsystems that make up the machine were made, the operation, assembly, maintenance and safety and health manuals were made occupational; Subsequently, the project's financial evaluation, conclusions and recommendations were carried out.
