Abstract
En la presente monografía se presenta el neuromanagement como una herramienta innovadora para la gestión del talento humano en las empresas de la actualidad. Dicha herramienta permite planificar mejor estrategias efectivas para alcanzar los objetivos y con el capital humano trabajando a su máximo rendimiento, gracias a la mejora en su capacidad cerebral en la toma acertada de decisiones, adaptando el pensamiento para los cambios que presenta el entorno.
Description
In the present monograph, neuromanagement is presented as an innovative tool for the management of human talent in today's companies. This tool allows to better plan effective strategies to reach the objectives and with the human capital working to its maximum performance thanks to the improvement in its cerebral capacity in making the right decisions and adapting the thought for the changes that the environment presents.
