Abstract
En este proyecto se plantea el diseño de una máquina destalonadora de llantas que ayude a la disminución de llantas desechadas en las calles de la ciudad, con un costo asequible y eficiente. Para la realización del proyecto de grado fue necesario entender las especificaciones y los requerimientos de la empresa Ruiz Fajardo Ingenieros S.A.S para el diseño general de la planta de procesamiento de llantas y en específico de la máquina a diseñar, de esta forma se realizó una investigación sobre las máquinas ya existentes en el mercado y así determinar las modificaciones necesarias para cumplir con los parámetros y los requerimientos de la empresa. Culminada la primera etapa, se definieron los sistemas y subsistemas que componen la máquina para lo cual, se establecieron los parámetros básicos y los requerimientos funcionales establecidos por la compañía. Se plantearon y se evaluaron tres alternativas sobre el subsistema de elevación, se definieron dos alternativas mecánicas, y un sistema de elevación hidráulico.
Description
In this project, the design of a tire bead breaker machine is proposed to help reduce the number of discarded tires on the streets of the city, at an affordable and efficient cost. For the completion of the degree project it was necessary to understand the specifications and requirements of the company Ruiz Fajardo Ingenieros SAS for the general design of the tire processing plant and specifically the machine to be designed, in this way an investigation was carried out on the existing machines in the market and thus determine the necessary modifications to comply with the parameters and requirements of the company. Once the first stage was completed, the systems and subsystems that make up the machine were defined, for which the basic parameters and the functional requirements established by the company were established. Three alternatives were raised and evaluated on the elevation subsystem, two mechanical alternatives were defined, and a hydraulic elevation system.
