Abstract
El documento está dirigido a un desarrollo urbano y arquitectónico, de escenarios deportivos, y tomando como enfoque un nuevo elemento deportivo el cual es un centro especializado para el desarrollo de ciclistas profesionales, (high tech del ciclismo) en donde este tipo de deportistas pudieran especializarse para sus habilidades en sus diferentes competencias.
