Resumen
Esta monografía se refiere a los impactos ambientales que genera la construcción de vivienda informal, en el municipio de Chía, en las veredas de Fonquetá, Tíquiza y Fagua, se realiza una investigación cualitativa que permite definir la incidencia de este tipo de construcción de vivienda informal en el suelo no urbano, y las afectaciones que se puedan generar en la estructura ecológica principal del municipio de Chía. Como metodología de investigación se hizo uso de rastreo y recopilación de la información suministrada por organizaciones como la CAR, oficina de planeación municipal del municipio, páginas web, cartillas informativas, por otro lado, con la información cartográfica de los últimos 5 años se analiza el estado actual tanto de la construcción de vivienda informal como de la estructura ecológica; al tener conocimiento del tema se realizan entrevistas y visitas a diferentes funcionarios y miembros de las entidades estatales.

This monograph refers to the environmental impacts generated by the construction of informal housing, in the municipality of Chia, in the paths of Fonquetá, Tíquiza and Fagua, a qualitative research is carried out that allows to define the incidence of this type of Construction of informal housing in the non-urban land, and the affectations that can be generated in the main ecological structure of the municipality of Chia. As a research methodology, it was used to trace and collect the information provided by organizations such as the CAR, municipal planning Office of the municipality, Web pages, information booklets, on the other hand, with the cartographic data In the last 5 years, the current state of the construction of informal housing and of the ecological structure is analyzed; With knowledge of the subject, interviews and visits to different officials and members of State entities are conducted.
