Abstract
El presente trabajo se centra en la logística para exportar la quinua colombiana a Canadá, se establece la mejor opción en términos de envase, embalaje, almacenamiento y transporte para llevar a cabo esta operación. Se deja explicada en términos generales la logística del proceso para que este pueda ser usado como una guía para futuras exportaciones de este producto. Es por eso que se plantea como objetivo la realización de dicha logística que fomente la exportación de la quinua y se creen ciertos parámetros, que ayuden en el desarrollo del sector, la metodología principal de este trabajo fue el uso de métodos descriptivos y de recolección de información por medios físicos y cibernéticos. Se empieza teniendo el producto en óptimas condiciones para su exportación en términos de sanidad y consumo, se establece primero el tipo de envase más adecuado para su preservación y conservación. Teniendo claro esto se selecciona el embalaje para agrupar un cierto número de envases individuales y así hacer el proceso de logística y transporte más eficiente y sencillo. Se deja establecido un posible orden de las unidades de carga en la bodega de almacenamiento para luego de manera rápida y eficiente cargar el contenedor en el cual se va a transportar el producto vía terrestre hasta el puerto de embarque y de ahí en medio marítimo hasta el puerto de destino en Canadá.
Description
This paper focuses on the logistics to export Colombian quinoa to Canada, establishing the best option in terms of packaging, packaging, storage and transportation to carry out this operation. It is explained in general terms the logistics of the process so that it can be used as a guide for future exports of this product. That is why the objective is to carry out this logistics that encourages the export of quinoa and create certain parameters that help in the development of the sector, the main methodology of this work was the use of descriptive means and collection of information by physical and cybernetic means. It begins with the product in optimal conditions for export in terms of health and consumption, first establishes the most suitable type of container for its preservation and conservation. Having this clear, the packaging is selected to group a certain number of individual packages and thus make the logistics and transport process more efficient and simple. It is established a possible order of the loading units in the storage warehouse to then quickly and efficiently load the container in which the product will be transported by land to the port of shipment and from there in the maritime area to the destination port in Canada.
