Abstract
Para el planteamiento del proyecto se inicia con una investigación que determina, el énfasis a desarrollar es patrimonial, se analizan variables en donde se evidencian diferentes problemáticas, como el desempleo, la migración de personas a la ciudad después del despojo de sus tierras, el medio ambiente y el olvido de la cultura en la región. Se define el uso del proyecto y la utilización de diferentes estrategias a partir del análisis de los referentes. El proyecto estará ubicado al norte de la ciudad de Villavicencio, en la comuna 3 más exactamente en el barrio Brisas del Guatiquia, donde se evidencian problemáticas como la implantación de desplazados, formando una zona de invasión y un lugar muy inseguro. Según el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial de Villavicencio POT (2020) El lugar de intervención se consolida como una zona de renovación urbana.
Description
For the proposal of the project, it begins with an investigation that determines, the emphasis to be developed is patrimonial, variables are analyzed where different problems are evidenced, such as unemployment, the migration of people to the city after the dispossession of their lands, the environment environment and the neglect of culture in the region. The use of the project and the use of different strategies are defined from the analysis of the referents. The project will be located north of the city of Villavicencio, in commune 3 more precisely in the Brisas del Guatiquia neighborhood, where problems such as the implantation of displaced people are evident, forming an invasion zone and a very insecure place. According to the Villavicencio POT Territorial Ordering Plan (2020), the place of intervention is consolidated as an urban renewal area.
