| dc.description | This article is part of a research about integration agreements signed by Colombia. The objective is to explore the future of the Colombian and Nicaraguan agreement inside a strategy of regional integration, it is under the new geopolitical scenario emerged from the sentence of the La Haya about the favor of marine waters to the Central American Country. The methodology used is to review the theory about integration, geopolitics and the different agreements signed for both Co-lombia and Nicaragua. The article evidences that originated new power relations in the region af-ter the International Court of Justice pronouncement. In this sense, it proposes some cooperation actions between countries of the zone and the need to review the terms of the business agreement, which will expire on September 2019. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo forma parte de una investigación sobre los acuerdos de integración firmados por Co-lombia. El objetivo es explorar el futuro del acuerdo parcial suscrito con Nicaragua, dentro de una estrategia de integración regional, bajo el nuevo escenario geopolítico que surge con el fallo de La Haya sobre aguas marinas a favor del país centroamericano. Metodológicamente, se hace una revisión teórica sobre la integración, la geopolítica y los diferentes acuerdos en los que Colombia y Nicaragua son partes. Se evidencia que a partir del pronunciamiento de la Corte Internacional de Justicia se originaron nuevas relaciones de poder en la región. Se proponen acciones de coopera-ción con países de la zona y la necesaria revisión de los términos del acuerdo comercial, que tiene vencimiento en septiembre de 2019 | spa |
