| dc.description | With the aim of reducing the times associated with Coating runs during operations in Campo Castilla, Ecopetrol S.A. decided to implement the CASING RUNNING TOOL technology from Pointer Instruments LTDA, which eliminates operational problems caused by the use of conventional tools during coatings runs. This project consists of the collection, comparison and analysis of the performance data obtained during the 9 5/8 "and 13 3/8" coating runs in the Pozo Castilla 230 with the conventional tool and with the CRT tool in the Well Castilla 255. The well selection process was carried out taking into account the tool with which the lining was run and the depth of the wells. With the collected data, a series of comparisons and analyzes were generated in terms of run times, non-productive times, flat times and costs, through which the positive aspects of the implementation of the CRT tool were determined. Finally, the results are concluded and a series of recommendations are presented, for their application in future wells in Field Castilla. | es_CO |
| dc.description.abstract | Con el objetivo de reducir los tiempos asociados a corridas de Revestimiento durante las operaciones en el Campo Castilla, Ecopetrol S.A. decidió implementar la tecnología CASING RUNNING TOOL de Pointer Instruments LTDA, con la cual se eliminan problemas operacionales causados por el uso de herramientas convencionales durante las corridas de los revestimientos. Este proyecto consiste en la recopilación, comparación y análisis de los datos de desempeño obtenidos durante las corridas de revestimiento de 9 5/8” y 13 3/8” en el Pozo Castilla 230 con la herramienta convencional y con la herramienta CRT en el Pozo Castilla 255. El proceso de selección de los pozos se realizó teniendo en cuenta la herramienta con la que se corrió el revestimiento y la profundidad de los pozos. Con los datos recopilados se generó una serie de comparaciones y análisis en términos de tiempos de corrida, tiempos no productivos, tiempos planos y costos, por medio de los cuales se determinaron los aspectos positivos de la implementación de la herramienta CRT. Finalmente se concluye sobre los resultados y se presentan una serie de recomendaciones, para su aplicación en futuros pozos del Campo Castilla. | es_CO |
